  1. Dear Sir,

    I would like to bring to your notice that the service of your outlet in Qurum is pathetic. Last Sunday (8th February 2009) we went to your outlet in Qurum to have pizza at about 1.15 pm and we were sitting for a person to attend to us but the person only turned up at the table after 20 minutes. Is this your service???

    Again today (15 February ) we went to the same outlet at 1.10 pm and we sat nearly for more than 15 minutes but nobody attended to us, we just walked out of y our outlet. We are not at all happy about your service. Looks like your Pizza Hut staff sits in the room and are have a good time gossiping among themselves.

    Also we have noticed that there is a difference between your Carrefour outlet and other outlet (i..e the different offers in various places). Today we bought a Lasagne and the quantily given to us from your delivery outlet in Qurum was very less and the same in the Carrefour has a different offer. The quantity given was more and also additional French Fries were given along with it for the same price. Why so much difference????

    I would appreciate if you could please look into this matter and take a proper step. My suggestion is to improve your CUSTOMER SERVICE to attract more customers.

  6. sir, iam a small shopkeepr vide name M/s. kusum store, 164 shahpur jat, new delhi, phone nos. 011-26490117,yesterday 05.09.2011 iam received p& g delhivery by your okhla branches,new delhi. i made the payment rs 1758. later checking the bill found that the delivery man give me page no.2 and 3 nos products and the 1 nos page missing. nor he gave me the bill or nor he gave me the products however i made the payment this page also. after that iam contact the your branch phone nos 41018181, 41018182 as mentioned on the bill as a helpline nos, but the first one always busy and second one always ringing but no one talk, iam doing so many cal but no results. kindly look into this matter and solved my problem as early as possible

  14. I refer to the recent Ramadan Promotion held by Khimji Mart LLC.

    I understand, through one of my relatives who happened to see the notice board in your Wadi Kabir outlet, that I have won the 2nd prize of a 32″ LG LCD TV in this promotion (coupon No. 28758). My name was wrongly typed as Rajn Mavila, instead of Raju Mavila and hence he called me wondering whether I am the owner of the said coupon.

    I visited your said outlet today. After my regular shopping I checked the notice board to ensure the same. (Attached are the images of the coupon and the winners list in the said notice board). I am surprised to note that even though the draw was held on the 29th of August 2012, I have still not officially been communicated on the same from Khimjis, which, I understand, is against the rules stipulated by the local authorities. I am pretty sure that my contact details are mentioned in the coupon. I have not expected such an unprofessional approach from an establishment like Khimjis, which has of high repute.

    It is quite surprising to see that Khimji Mart expects the customers to regularly check your notice board and claim the prizes. I am sure you will appreciate and agree that it is the responsibility of the company to notify the customers who have won the prizes. A customer, who participated in a lucky draw need not to be a regular visitor to your outlets and not notifying the winners about their prizes will only help them to prevent from claiming their prizes. In my case, I am, somehow, able to trace the counterfoil of the said coupon. Had i thrown the counterfoil away, as I have had no information about me winning the prize, I will not be in a position to claim my prize. Needless to mention here that it is the basic responsibility of any organization to inform the winners about the result immediately after the lucky draw, irrespective of the value or place of prizes.

    In a previous instance, when I had won a gift hamper from Lulu, I had received a call from them officially notifying me about the same.

    I had taken up this issue with the Management team of Khimji’s Mart. However to my surprise, I had received a mail from Mr. Rahul Patney, claiming that they had tried my mobile which was switched off and there was no response from the land line no given in the coupon.

    As a practice, I do not switch off my mobile (No 92828237) unless I have some extreme emergencies. I have activated Wainak in my mobile and, my mobile being the official one, I always check the wainak messages and call back those missed calls.

  15. I had contacted Mr. Patney, who, in turn, has replied with a completely false and unethical claim that they have tried reaching me on my mobile, which was switched off.

    I have requested him the details of these calls, that he has said to be made for which I have not received any response. Unless I have these details, there is no point in again going back to Mr. Patney.

    When I have informed him that i will approach the consumer protection society and Muscat Municipality, he has disconnected the phone saying I have all the right to do it.

    My point here is not an 32 LCD TV, but the unethical and unprofessional approach and behaviour of some of your staff.
